It was a festive and decked out crowd at the Black Card Circle Foundation’s Black Tie Charity Event held at the new Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE ?in downtown Los Angeles.
At the event, guests mingled and listened to live music while being treated to Courvosier Cognac private tastings, a ?fabulous silent auction with a BB King Gibson Epiphone Lucille guitar, Carlos Santana Fender Stratocaster guitar, and numerous pieces of art and memorabilia.
We learned at the private tasting that Courvosier XO imperial was the finest cognac in the world and watched a representative from Cuban Rollers hand roll cigars for all the guests.
We went home with a gift bag filled with Gingi Skin Care products, a Ferrari Maserati test drive certificate, a Ferrari Maserati hat, and a Black Card Concierge pass. ?A group of techies continued on to an after hours party at The Standard, but I chose to lay my weary head onto my pillow and hoped for sweet dreams in the week ahead.
Proceeds of the event supported ?New Horizons, a 50+ year old 501(c)(3) non-profit organization empowering the developmentally disabled by providing job placement, education, counseling, training, social and recreational activities to more than 800 individuals.
