This month we will be celebrating The 40th anniversary of Earth Day.

My good friend Natasha Sunshine, owner of Byu-ti salon in Santa Monica, CA threw a soiree on April 11, 2010 to benefit?Global Green, USA.

You might recognize Global Green. It’s the charity that was supported by many celebrities at their 7th Annual Pre-Oscar? party, including James Cameron, Jessica Alba, and Serena Williams.

Guests dressed in green for the occasion and nibbled on a variety of organic chocolates and a specially designed vegan Earth Day menu prepared by Pollen Caterers.
