Lesa saw J.D. on?Yahoo! Personals in November, 2006. While viewing his online dating profile she decided that they would not be compatible. One day she went to watch the Denver Broncos game at a sports bar nearby and recognized J.D. from his Internet dating profile photo. He had no idea who she was and didn’t notice her glancing over at him during the game.
When Lesa returned home, she decided to send J.D. an email introducing herself. She told him she thought she had seen him before and he replied that he would have known if they had met before, and that and didn’t think so.
J.D. then asked Lesa out on a date for the following week, and apparently he got “cold feet” as he canceled the date. He finally rescheduled the date which started out with coffee, ?turned into a lunch date on the same day, ?was followed by drinks, and they ?ended up at dinner.
J.D. then told Lesa that he only wanted to be friends. ? After the second date he changed his mind and they officially became a couple. The two were married 1 1/2 years later and they plan to be together forever.
Congratulations to Lesa and J.D. our Cyber Love Story of the Week on CyberDatingExpert.com. Here’s proof that if you take it slowly, agree to start out with a coffee date, a relationship can develop into being the great love you always dreamed of.
